ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
To provide SERVICE EXCELLENCE to our customers and colleagues by
building a deep understanding of their needs, requirements and
expectations and consistently meeting, managing and exceeding their
expectations in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.
The Service Delivery Centre is a newly merged team which includes the
established AIM/Capital programmes as well as the Appeals and
Complaints Team. The SDC has a core focus on service excellence to
external and internal stakeholders. The staff of the SDC are committed
to increasing flexibility and adaptability within the team, to support
each area through challenging workloads and timeframes. To achieve
this, the team are currently engaged in cross-training across the
AIM/Capital programmes and the Appeals and Complaints section.
Working as part of a team, the Service Delivery Centre Administrator
will be a core member of the team contributing to the development and
implementation of financial and administration business processes and
procedures for the successful delivery of the AIM/Capital programmes
and the Appeals and Complaints service.
The key areas of work will include:
* Conducting administrative and financial checks on projects and
project expenditure to ensure accuracy and eligibility with programme
requirements.
* Compilation and review of financial information and the provision
of general administrative support within the team.
* Undertaking detailed appraisals on applications received to the
AIM and Capital programmes.
* Reviewing and analysing financial returns.
* Responding to Complaints received through the Complaints Inbox
* Processing NCS Appeals in line with legislative timeframes
In the interest of career progression, business continuity,
flexibility and shared learning the SDC Administrator will work across
AIM/Capital programmes and the Appeals and Complaints department as
required.
